The Dhaka University Entrepreneurship Development Club (DUEDC) has successfully wrapped up its skill development programme called ‘Mentors’ Presents Skillneurs 2.0 – Time To Be Equipped.’

DUEDC is known for its commitment to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit and a culture of innovation among students.

To channelise one of its visions that focus on introducing soft skills to curious learners, DUEDC organised the program.

The event was exclusively designed for students from all universities of Bangladesh who aspire to be entrepreneurs and have a keen interest in acquiring the necessary skills regarding entrepreneurship.

The tagline of the event emphasises on the grooming of future entrepreneurs in all essential skills and knowledge that are likely to help them reach their goals in their respective careers.

The two-day offline session of the event was inaugurated on 4th June, conducted by renowned corporate faces.

The session started with a note from the chief patron and moderator of DUEDC Dr Rafiuddin Ahmed, associate professor of Department of Marketing, University of Dhaka. The President of DUEDC Md Ferdous Rahman Razon in his speech welcomed all participants.

On June 6, the second day of the offline session, Galib Bin Mohammad, head of marketing, Arla Food Bangladesh and Biplob Ghosh Rahul, co-founder and CEO, eCourier LTD, were the trainers.

The closing ceremony of the event was held on June 14.

15 participants were awarded by the guests for their exceptional skills in case-solving completion. Top event contributors among the club members were given the ‘Skillstar’ award for their contributions.
