Three orphaned children died after being hit by a train under the Mahakhali flyover in the capital. Their age is approximately 12 to 13 years. Their identity is not yet known.

The accident happened on Saturday (September 23) around 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. In-charge of Dhaka Railway Thana Airport Police Outpost, Mr. Sunil Chandra Sutradhar, confirmed the matter and said that the children were walking from south to north along the railway line in front of pillar No. 270 under the Mahakhali flyover bridge this morning. At that time, they inadvertently fell under the Jamalpur-bound Dewanganj commuter train leaving from Kamalapur.

He said that they fell under the train and died on the spot. They have not been identified. It is assumed that they are spoiled children. Three Orphaned Children died bodies were recovered from the spot after receiving information. After completing the legal process, the bodies were sent to the Dhaka Medical College (DMC) morgue in the evening for post-mortem.
