Hasina Mumtaz (55) who was burnt due to gas cylinder leakage explosion in a house in Araihazar of Narayanganj also went to the land of no return. With this, four people died one by one.
Hasina Mumtaz is the daughter of Mujibur Rahman of Lakshi Bardi village of Araihajar upazila of Narayanganj. Lived on rent in Narayanganj. He died at around 9 am on Wednesday while undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.
Tariqul Islam, resident doctor of the hospital, confirmed this. He said Hasina Mumtaz died while undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit with 55 percent burns. In this incident, all the victims died one by one.
Earlier on September 24, Sohan died of 100 percent burns while undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit of the hospital. Two others, Nipa and Saima, died in the morning of September 23.
It is to be noted that last Friday (September 22) around 10:30 pm, an explosion occurred from a gas cylinder leakage Explosion on the fourth floor of a building in Dighir Par, Narayanganj. A total of four people, including a woman, were burnt.
